Island Med Student

It’s 7:00 a.m. I just got home from my emergency medicine night shift. My attending was nice enough to let me leave an hour early. I have so many thoughts racing around my little head. The big one, though, is that I am in love with emergency medicine. I can easily see myself doing this for the rest of my life. It’s fun, interesting, exciting, stimulating, and I’m good at it! I’ve seen soooo much, done sooo much. I don’t know how else to say it. If emergency medicine were a person, I would propose to it. I am in love. Anyway, I promise to share more details soon.
