My Night in Photos
I just got home from surgery night call. I’m so tuckered right now, but I wanted to post before heading into sleepy land.
I finally drew my first blood today! I know I’ll have plenty of opportunities to do it again, but at least I got my first phlebotomy experience out of the way.
Since I don’t feel like writing, please accept this photo essay of my night instead.
The night started with a surprise birthday cake for Midori.

5:30 a.m. and the sugar has worn off.
Kendra makes a pitstop on the way home to donate blood. Midori wasn’t allowed to, because she violated almost every blood donation regulation.
And finally, I am home!
