My “To Do” List

I just got back from the gym where I had one of those moments where I get so inspired that I can barely contain myself. I just met someone who is a January acceptee to Ross. He was working out at the gym and came up to me and introduced himself. Apparently, he had read my blog and it had contributed to him choosing to attend Ross. Because my brain is saturated with Biochem, I can’t quite remember his name. Was it Rick? Well, if you read this, please do find me again and make sure I remember your name this time! I consider meeting you to be a small miracle. Pondering the events that lead up to people’s paths crossing is a fascinating side effect of being human.

Oh yeah, and also, there is my “to do” list. I just wanted to let everyone out there reading my blog know that I’m planning on doing a big site renovation over my winter break. I will be adding all kinds of medical student resources that hopefully will be helpful to some of you’s guys and gals out there. Also, I will post a list of which books I think are useful, and which ones you can do without. Thank you to Mr. “Rick” for reminding me of that one.

    hey kendra,
you SHOULD be inspired! I have to say, the tone, humor and all-round fun times on your blog make it a nice read and informative too. I’m an MPH student in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and I am living vicariously through your blog, enjoying the tales of biochem and gross anatomy (and sorta glad I’m not the one having to do it…). I’ve already asked one friend who’s doing the med school application circuit if she’s considered Ross…
    thanks for blogging!
